The objectives of the organization are to promote the welfare of our children in the home, school, and community by establishing a strong relationship between school administration, staff, and parents which fosters a positive environment conducive to physical, mental, and social development.

​What is the OPT?

OPT stands for Organization of Parents and Teachers.  
As a Grant Elementary School parent or guardian, you are automatically a member of the OPT, as are all current Grant staff members. There are no dues or fees. All members are encouraged to play a role in the organization. Whether you volunteer once a month, once a week, or just once this school year... Grant Needs You!
